Effective immediately, <strong>promoters are required to obtain a single registration number for each standalone project<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">This measure aims to address instances where promoters secure<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">d multiple MahaRERA registration numbers for the same project or its components.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Why the Change<\/strong>: To curb the misuse of the registration system, MahaRERA has introduced this directive to ensure transparency and prevent the issuance of duplicate registration numbers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-top: 20px\">Key Directions Issued by MahaRERA:<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>1. Declaration-cum-Undertaking:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px\">\n<li>Promoters seeking new registration must submit a declaration-cum-undertaking on their official letterhead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px\">\n<li>The document should confirm that neither the proposed project site nor any of its parts holds a MahaRERA registration number, and there is<strong> no pending application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px\">\n<li>Upload the Declaration-cum-Undertaking on the promoter&#8217;s letterhead in the specified format available on the MahaRERA website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px\">\n<li>Include <strong>project particulars<\/strong> such as CS number, CTS number, final plot number, survey number, Hissa number, GaT number, Khasra number, village number, taluka, and district, among others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>2. Project on Large Plots:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px\">\n<li>For <strong>projects on large plots, a separate registration<\/strong> number for the entire project or its phases can be obtained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px\">\n<li>Any reservations on the plot as declared by the government and local planning authority cannot be changed without formalities prescribed by the authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 18px\">\n<li>This includes obtaining <strong>legal consent from the allottees<\/strong>, and any changes require compliance with prescribed procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>3.
