At REMI we have a very active Career Development Cell (CDC) which looks into every aspect of campus placements for our registered CDC students and continuously strive to provide ample opportunities for internship / placement at corporates we are associated with. The objective of REMI CDC is to help students identify their career goals and provide an edge in the present day competitive real estate job market. We are privileged to successfully place 100% of our students.

INTERNSHIP:
REMI’s aim is to provide its students paid internship at one of our Corporate Partners or at one of our Group Companies, during their time at the Institute. Our weekend programs have been designed such that our students can acquire the relevant hands-on work experience, while developing a detailed understanding of the real estate industry.
EMPLOYMENT:
REMI’s Career Development Cell (CDC) is modeled on a vision to provide its CDC Registered Students, placement opportunities on successful completion of the course. Eligible students stand to gain from these placement opportunities which boosts their careers and fast tracks their professional growth. As the course completion nears students are exposed to mock interviews and other relevant placement activities to enable them to deliver an excellent performance at the interviews. We take pride in our track record of delivering 100% internship / placement assistance to our CDC registered students.

Recruitment Process
Enroll in REMI Certification Program.
Register with REMI CDC, accept the terms & conditions successfully pass the pre-placement Psychometric assessment.
Attend all CDC pre-placement activities, mock interviews, Career Fest, Role Plays, etc.
Successfully completed REMI & IREM having achieved 70% or higher along with an 80% attendance record. Students are also required to submit an industry Project.
The REMI CDC initiates interview opportunities with real estate developer, property consultant, broker and other ancillary service companies.
