In a first, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA), in collaboration with the developer's apex body, the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), launched a training programme on Wednesday, kicking off the certification process for approximately 37,000 real estate agents.
